DESCRIPTION: Once a top nightclub, the Crystal Rooms are going to become part of Hereford's 'Left Bank' complex of restaurants, cafes and shops. This shot is taken from the rear, in Wye Street and portrays a seedy building which is enhanced by the use of Infra Red film.
